基于区间直觉模糊集与多属性群决策的动车组牵引系统FMECA方法分析

摘要 为保障牵引系统运行时的安全性,辨识系统故障关键部件至关重要。针对传统FMECA法中评价信息模糊性、风险偏好差异性及风险优先数计算方式不合理性的矛盾点展开改进研究,引入区间直觉模糊集(IIFS),降低了具体数值评分的模糊性,运用区间直觉模糊熵确定各专家评分下每项故障模式属性熵值Ej,通过区间直觉模糊集成算子(AIVIFWM)将单个矩阵集结为综合评分,减弱了评价的主观性影响。结合多属性群决策思想,计算集结后的各综合评价区间得分函数G(Aj),进行故障模式风险排序。以2022年某型动车组牵引系统故障数据为例,总结出24种部件的32种故障模式,结果表明牵引变流器的整流器、变流器冷却单元及受电弓碳滑板是故障关键部件,为动车组牵引系统的维修决策提供重点方向。 In order to ensure the safety of the EMU traction system,it is crucial to identify the key components of the system fault.To address the contradiction between the fuzziness of evaluation information,differences in risk preferences,and irrationality in the calculation of risk priority numbers in the traditional FMECA,an interval intuitionistic fuzzy set(IIFS)is introduced to reduce the fuzziness of specific numerical scores.Using interval intuitionistic fuzzy entropy to determine the entropy value of each fault mode attribute under the evaluation of each expert.And the interval intuitionistic fuzzy ensemble operator(AIVIFWM)is used to aggregate multiple independent matrices into comprehensive score,reducing the subjective impact of the evaluation.Combined with the decisionmaking idea of multi-attribute group,the score function G(Aj)of each comprehensive evaluation interval after assembly is calculated,and the risk ranking of failure modes is carried out.Taking the fault data of a certain type of EMU traction system in 2022 as an example,32 failure modes of 24 components are summarized.The results show that the rectifier,converter cooling unit and carbon skateboard are the key components of the system,which provides critical directions for the maintenance decision-making of EMU.
