摘要
“7S”作为一种科学、高效、规范、先进的运营管理模式,已被运用到很多领域并取得良好成效。通过分析高等特殊教育院校实验室在实验者、实验场所、实验支持方面的管理难点,将7S管理模式引进到高等特殊教育院校实验室管理改革当中。遵循顶层设计、培训实践、试点应用、全面推进的应用路径,按照区域划分、目视管理、安全机制、习惯培养四个管理区域全面推进7S管理,以期解决高等特殊教育院校实验室管理存在的不足,促进特殊教育应用型专业人才培养。
As a scientific,efficient,standardized,and advanced operational management model,“7S”has been applied in many fields and has achieved good results.By analyzing the management difficulties of laboratories in higher special education institutions in terms of experimenters,experimental venues,and experimental support,the 7S management model is introduced into the reform of laboratory management in higher special education institutions.Following the application path of top-level design,training practice,pilot application,and comprehensive promotion,we will comprehensively promote 7S management in four management areas:regional division,visual management,safety mechanism,and habit cultivation,in order to solve the shortcomings in laboratory management in higher special education institutions and promote the cultivation of special education application-oriented professional talents.
