数智时代高校教学实验室安全管理现状分析与展望

摘要 当前,随着教育数字化战略行动深入推进,高等教育迫切需要进行深层次变革。高校教学实验室作为安全监管的重要领域,应探索运用数智技术在安全责任体系构建、实验项目风险评估、安全队伍建设、安全知识培训、安全设施配备等方面进行变革升级,塑造“智能+”安全管理新生态。在调研高校教学实验室安全管理现状的基础上,分析了部分高校运用数智技术加强安全管理的实践案例,并对数智技术未来在实验室安全管理方面的研究和发展趋势进行了展望,如人工智能技术深度新应用、实验室安全管理运行新体制、AI for Science赋能带来的技术安全新风险、数字伦理与隐私问题等。 Currently,with the deepening of the digital education strategy,it is an urgent need for deeper reforms in higher education.University teaching laboratories,as an important field of safety supervision,should explore the use of digital technology for transformation and upgrading in the construction of safety responsibility systems,assessment of experimental projects risk,building of safety teams,training of safety knowledge and provision of safety facilities,in order to shape a new ecosystem of“intelligent+”safety management.This paper was on the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of safety management in university teaching laboratories.The practical cases of some universities using digital intelligence technology to strengthen safety management were studied.At the same time,the future research and development trends of the application trend of digital technology in laboratory safety management are prospected,such as the new application of artificial intelligence technology,the new system of laboratory safety management and operation,the new technical security risks brought by AI for Science enabling,digital ethics and privacy,etc.
