摘要
为提高超薄高密度纤维板饰面胶合板的性能,利用响应面法(Box-Behnken)优化其热压工艺参数。以杨木单板(替代胶合板)、超薄高密度纤维板为试验材料,以热压温度(120、130、140、150、160℃)、热压时间(50、100、150、200、250 s)、热压压力(0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2 MPa)为影响因素,以超薄高密度纤维板饰面表面胶合强度、浸渍剥离长度为评价指标,采用单因素试验分析热压工艺(热压温度、热压时间、热压压力)对超薄高密度纤维板饰面的表面胶合强度和浸渍剥离长度的影响;采用响应面法设计多因素正交旋转组合试验,对试验设计范围内的影响因素进行优化热压参数组合、确定最优工艺参数。结果表明:热压温度对表面胶合强度的影响极显著,热压温度和热压压力对浸渍剥离长度影响极显著,热压时间和热压压力对浸渍剥离长度有显著的协同作用,共同影响板材的性能;试验范围内的最优工艺参数:热压温度150℃、热压时间210 s、热压压力0.8 MPa,板材的表面胶合强度为1.49 MPa、浸渍剥离长度为15 mm。
To enhance the performance of ultra-thin high-density fiberboard veneered plywood,the hot-pressing process parameters were optimized using response surface methodology(Box-Behnken).Experimental materials included poplar veneer(as a substitute for plywood)and ultra-thin high-density fiberboard.The influence of hot-pressing process parameters on adhesive strength and impregnating delamination length of ultra-thin high-density fiberboard veneered plywood was analyzed using single-factor experiments.The factors investigated were hot-pressing temperature(120,130,140,150,160℃),hot-pressing time(50,100,150,200,250 s),and hot-pressing pressure(0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2 MPa).The evaluation indices were the surface adhesive strength and impregnating delamination length of the ultra-thin high-density fiberboard veneered surface.Response surface methodology was employed to design orthogonal rotation combination experiments to optimize the hot-pressing parameters within the experimental range and determine the optimal process parameters.The results showed that hot-pressing temperature significantly influenced surface adhesive strength,while both temperature and pressure significantly affected impregnating delamination length.There was a significant synergistic effect between hot-pressing time and pressure on impregnating delamination length,collectively influencing the performance of the boards.The optimal process parameters within the experimental range were determined as follows:hot-pressing temperature of 150℃,hot-pressing time of 210 s,and hot-pressing pressure of 0.8 MPa.Under these conditions,the surface adhesive strength of the boards reached 1.49 MPa,with a impregnating delamination length of 15 mm.
