摘要
探讨了不同复合微生物菌剂对水洗牛粪好氧发酵的影响。通过设置4种不同菌剂的处理组(A、B、C、D)和一个未接种菌剂的对照组(CK),评价菌剂对发酵温度、pH值、含水量、养分含量及种子发芽指数的影响。结果显示,添加微生物菌剂显著改善了所有测试指标,尤其是处理D组在温度上的快速升高和B组在养分积累及发芽指数上的表现突出,此结果说明合适的菌剂选择可提高堆肥质量和农业应用潜力。
The study researches the effects of different compound microbial agents on the aerobic fermentation of washed cow manure.The study evaluates the effects of 4 different inoculants(A,B,C and D)and 1 uninoculant control group(CK)on fermentation temperature,pH value,moisture content,nutrient content and seed germination index.The results show that the addition of microbial inoculants has significantly improved all test indexes,especially the rapid increase of temperature in group D,and the outstanding performance of nutrient accumulation and germination index in group B.This result indicates that suitable microbial selection can improve compost quality and agricultural application potential.
