煤矿开掘机电的智能维护与故障诊断研究

摘要 随着煤炭开采技术向智能化、自动化方向发展,煤矿开掘机电设备的智能维护与故障诊断技术成为保障煤矿安全、高效运行的关键。本文基于现有的煤矿设备智能维护与健康管理技术研究,探讨了煤矿开掘机电的智能维护和故障诊断技术的发展现状与未来趋势,提出了一套基于大数据分析、人工智能和物联网技术的智能维护与故障诊断系统。 With the development of coal mining technology towards intelligence and automation,the intelligent maintenance and fault diag-nosis technology of coal mining electromechanical equipment has become the key to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of coal mines.This ar-ticle is based on the research of existing intelligent maintenance and health management technologies for coal mine equipment,exploring the current development status and future trends of intelligent maintenance and fault diagnosis technologies for coal mine excavation machinery.A set of intelli-gent maintenance and fault diagnosis systems based on big data analysis,artificial intelligence,and Internet of Things technology is proposed.
