摘要
针对煤矿综采工作面采煤机传统控制方式存在效率较低、能耗以及设备维保成本较高等问题,对采煤机永磁同步变频技术进行应用研究,提出一种采煤机变频降耗技术方案。根据该方案,将传动驱动电机替换为永磁驱动变频电机,实现了电机软启动,降低了机械效率和能耗。现场应用表明,变频软启动可以大大提高采煤机的机械效率和传动系统的效率,降低34.6%的设备能耗。该研究可为后期开展煤矿机电设备节能研究和智能远程变频控制提供一定的应用参考。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high energy consumption,and high equipment maintenance costs in the traditional control method of coal mining machines in fully mechanized coal mining faces,this paper conducts research on the application of permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion technology for coal mining machines and proposes a frequency conversion and consumption reduction technology scheme for coal mining machines.According to this plan,the transmission drive motor is replaced with a permanent magnet driven variable frequency motor,achieving soft start of the motor and reducing mechanical efficiency and energy consumption.On site applications have shown that variable frequency soft start can greatly improve the mechanical efficiency and transmission system efficiency of coal mining machines,reducing equipment energy consumption by 34.6%.This study can provide certain application references for future research on energy-saving of coal mine electromechanical equipment and intelligent remote frequency conversion control.
