摘要
目的调查护理实习生的情绪智力与职业认同感,分析觉知压力的影响,以减轻护理实习生的压力,提升护理实习生的学习与工作质量。方法选取2022年9月-2023年6月在珠海市人民医院/暨南大学附属珠海医院实习的150名护理实习生为研究对象,应用情绪智力量表、护士职业认同评定量表和觉知压力量表,分析觉知压力与情绪智力、职业认同感的相关性与影响因素,进而探讨如何减轻护理实习生的觉知压力,提高护理实习生的情绪智力与职业认同感。结果150名护理实习生的觉知压力量表总得分为(33.30±4.08)分,情绪智力量表总得分为(87.52±4.96)分,职业认同感量表总得分为(110.58±2.93)分;籍贯、选择护理专业的原因、毕业规划是影响情绪智力的因素(P<0.05);文化程度、籍贯、选择护理专业的原因、毕业规划均是影响职业认同感的因素(P<0.05);压力觉知与情绪智力、职业认同感呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论护理实习生的情绪智力属于中等偏上水平,职业认同感偏低,觉知压力得分越高,护理实习生的情绪智力、职业认同感越低,建议在实习期间加强对护理实习生的人文关怀,尽可能降低影响因素的负面作用,正确引导护理实习生减轻压力,提升情绪管理能力与职业认同感。
Objective To investigate the emotional intelligence and professional identity of nursing interns,analyze the influence of perceived pressure,in order to reduce the pressure of nursing interns and improve the learning and work quality of nursing interns.Methods A total of 150 nursing interns who interned in Zhuhai People's Hospital/Zhuhai Hospital affiliated to Jinan University from September 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects to apply emotions,intelligence strength scale,nurse professional identity rating scale and perceived stress scale for finding the correlation and influencing factors between perceived stress and emotional intelligence and professional identity,and then analyzed how to reduce the perceived stress of nursing interns to improve the emotional intelligence and professional identity of nursing interns.Results The total stress score of 150 nursing interns was(33.30±4.08)points.The total score of the emotional intelligence scale was(87.52±4.96)points.The total score of the professional identity scale was(110.58±2.93)points.Hometown,reasons for choosing nursing major,and graduation planning were the factors affecting emotional intelligence(P<0.05).Education level,native place,reasons for choosing nursing major,and graduation planning were all factors affecting professional identity(P<0.05).Stress perception was negatively associated with emotional intelligence and professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusion The emotional intelligence of nursing interns is of medium to high level,while their professional identity is relatively low.The higher the score of perceived stress,the lower the emotional intelligence and professional identity of nursing interns.It is suggested that humanistic care should be strengthened for nursing interns during the internship period,and the negative effects of influencing factors should be minimized as much as possible.Proper guidance should be provided to help nursing interns reduce stress and improve their emotional management ability and professional identity.
