摘要
为了规范建设和管理国家区域性公路交通应急装备物资储备中心,以青海储备中心建设管理实践为例,从国储中心规划建设、“三个基地”功能定位、应急队伍规范化管理等方面进行分析,对进一步规范建设和管理国家区域性公路交通应急装备物资储备中心进行思考并提出合理化建议。
In order to standardize the construction and management of the national regional highway traffic emergency equipment and materials reserve center,this paper takes the construction and management practice of the national regional highway traffic emergency equipment and materials reserve center in Qinghai as an example,analyzes the planning and construction of the national reserve center,the functional orientation of the°three bases',and the standardized management of the emergency team,and further standardizes the construction of the national regional highway traffic emergency equipment and materials reserve center.Thinking and put forward reasonable suggestions.
