摘要
针对安捷伦GC7820型气相色谱仪基线漂移、CO不出峰、CO_(2)检测偏低的故障现象进行分析与排除。通过对比故障前后段的症状来寻找线索,并使用完好的零件替换可疑部件来验证问题来源,最终找出故障原因。其中,重点就六通阀阀芯磨损更换,EPC电磁阀故障排查,5A柱柱效下降原因剖析,氢火焰离子化检测器清洗维护,镍触媒更换活化,色谱柱老化等关键部件的排查过程作探讨和处理,并提出了解决办法,使仪器检测恢复正常水平,保证仪器的稳定性。该研究为高效处理安捷伦系列气相色谱故障提供了参考价值,积累了维修经验和技巧,也为其他精密仪器的修复工作提供了思路。
An analysis and troubleshooting of the baseline drift,CO peak failure,and low CO_(2) detection of the Agilent GC7820 gas chromatograph were conducted.By comparing the symptoms before and after the malfunction to find clues,and using good parts to replace suspicious components to confirm,the cause of the malfunction was identified.Among them,the focus was on replacement of the six way valve core,troubleshooting of EPC solenoid valves,analysis of the reasons for 5A column efficiency decrease,cleaning and maintenance of FID detectors,replacement and activation of nickel catalysts,and aging of chromatographic columns.Some discussions and treatments were made on the troubleshooting process of key components,and solutions were proposed to restore the normal level of instrument detection,ensuring the stability of the instrument.This study provides reference value for efficient handling of Agilent series gas chromatography faults,accumulates maintenance experience and skills,and also provides ideas for the repair work of other precision instruments.
