摘要
综述了农产品样本中地西泮污染来源和检测方法的研究进展。检测方法包括快速测定法、气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-质谱法等。快速测定法灵活性高、特异性强、实验周期短,但目前应用相对较少;气相色谱-质谱法灵敏度较低,样品处理需要衍生化,操作难度较大;液相色谱-质谱法具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、抗干扰能力强等特点,已成为大多数实验室的首选。目前,仪器分析技术较为成熟,在今后的一段时间内,研究更加准确、高效、环保的液相色谱-质谱前样品处理技术将会成为研究的重点;快检技术将逐渐成为地西泮检测的重要支撑。
The sources of diazepam contamination and its detection methods in agricultural products were reviewed.Detection methods included rapid determination,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The rapid determination method had the advantages of high flexibility,high specificity and short experimental cycle,but the research was relatively few at present.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry had become the first choice for most laboratories because of its high sensitivity,good stability and strong anti-interference ability.At present,instrument analysis technology was more mature.In the future,more environmental protection,efficient and accurate liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry pre-processing technology would become the focus of the laboratory.The rapid detection technology would gradually become an important support for diazepam detection.
