速度滑冰训练中的人体力学机制分析

摘要 人体力学模型为冰上运动的合理训练提供了更好的支撑。从刚体理论出发,构建了冰上运动的人体骨骼模型,同时进行冰上运动训练的人体力学机制分析。以速度滑冰运动为研究对象,分析了训练过程中下肢两侧主要关节的运动参数,并绘制了曲线,以期为相关研究提供参考。 The human body mechanics model provides better support for the rational training of ice sports.Starting from the theory of rigid bodies,thehuman skeletonmodel for ice sports was constructed,and the mechanical mechanism of the human body for ice sports training was analyzed.Taking speed skating as the research object,the motion parameters of the main joints on both sides of the lower limbs during the training process were analyzed and curves were drawn,with a view to providing a reference for related research.
