摘要
研究了975、1000、1025和1050℃四种固溶处理温度对超低碳(w(C)≤0.01%)15-5PH沉淀硬化不锈钢组织和性能的影响。利用金相显微镜观察了不同温度固溶处理后超低碳15-5PH不锈钢的显微组织,并检测了不同温度固溶处理后超低碳15-5PH不锈钢的室温拉伸性能和冲击吸收能量,使用扫描电镜观察了拉伸试样和冲击试样的断口形貌。研究结果表明,固溶温度从975℃提高到1050℃,超低碳15-5PH不锈钢的晶粒平均尺寸从27μm长大到150μm,伸长率从14.5%降低到8.5%,断面收缩率从55%降低到32%,冲击吸收能量从35.6 J降低到6.6 J,其强度变化不明显。
Effect of solution treatment temperature(975,1000,1025 and 1050℃)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a 15⁃5PH precipitation hardened stainless steel with ultra⁃low carbon(w(C)≤0.01%)was investigated.The microstructure of the tested steel solution treated at different temperatures was observed by metallographic microscope,the room temperature tensile properties and impact absorbed energy of the tested steel solution treated at different temperatures were determined,and the fracture morphologies of the tensile specimens and impact specimens were observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that when the solution treatment temperature is increased from 975℃to 1050℃,the average grain size of the tested steel grows from 27μm to 150μm,the elongation decreases from 14.5%to 8.5%,the reduction of area decreases from 55%to 32%,and the impact absorbed energy decreases from 35.6 J to 6.6 J,however the change of its strength is not obvious.
