钢框架-混凝土筒体结构加固改造方案优选方法探究

摘要 文章致力于优化钢框架-混凝土筒体结构的加固改造方案,以增强其安全性能,提升加固工程的质量。文章首先通过结构功能函数评估加固的必要性,然后选取永定楼消防与结构安全修缮工程作为案例,进行了全面的结构现状调查。基于调查结果,构建了加固效费比模型,并发展了一套评价指标体系。利用TOPSIS方法对不同加固方案进行了综合评价,最终确定了最优的加固改造方案。该方案不仅在经济性、施工周期和后期维护费用方面具有明显优势,而且通过有限元分析验证了其在提升结构安全性和整体质量方面的显著效果。研究结果证实,本研究构建的评价和优选方法能够快速有效地选择出最优加固方案,降低施工成本,缩短工期,并确保加固工程的有效性和安全性。展望未来,应将继续探索更多新型加固技术和更先进的优化方法,以满足日益增长的工程需求,进一步提升加固改造工程的科学性和实用性。 This study is devoted to optimizing the reinforcement and renovation scheme of steel frame-concrete cylinder structure to enhance its safety performance and improve the quality of reinforcement engineering.Firstly,the paper evaluates the necessity of reinforcement through the structural function function,and then selects the Yongding Building fire protection and structural safety repair project as a case to carry out a comprehensive structural investigation.Based on the survey results,a cost-effectiveness model is constructed and a set of evaluation index system is developed.The TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the different reinforcement schemes comprehensively,and the optimal reinforcement scheme is finally determined.The scheme not only has obvious advantages in terms of economy,construction period and later maintenance cost,but also verifies its remarkable effect in improving structural safety and overall quality through finite element analysis.The research results confirm that the evaluation and optimization method established in this study can quickly and effectively select the optimal reinforcement scheme,reduce the construction cost,shorten the construction period,and ensure the effectiveness and safety of the reinforcement project.Looking forward to the future,the research will continue to explore more new reinforcement technologies and more advanced optimization methods to meet the growing engineering needs and further improve the scientific and practical nature of reinforcement and renovation projects.
