摘要
目的:分析判断在诊断肺结核患者痰液中结核分枝杆菌脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)时,应用Gene Xpert全自动医用PCR分析系统实时荧光定量PCR法的具体临床价值。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年12月医院收治的的肺结核患者50例,通过运用实时荧光定量PCR法,对肺结核患者痰液分泌物中的结核分枝杆菌DNA进行分析。与此同时,还需要运用抗酸染色法以及培养法等分析手段,完成对患者结核分枝杆菌检测的对比分析。结果:实时荧光定量PCR法在检测肺结核患者痰液分泌物中的结核分枝杆菌DNA时,能够展现出较高水平的阳性率,而且检测敏感性要明显优于其他两种检测手段。数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Gene Xpert全自动医用PCR分析系统实时荧光定量PCR法,在临床疾病检验中的应用具有操作简便、准确率高、使用成本低等突出优势,对于肺结核患者痰液中结核分枝杆菌DNA的检验与疾病诊断有着极高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of quantitative real-time PCR(q-PCR)with Gene Xpert automated medical PCR system in the diagnosis of mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA in sputum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 50 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled in this study,the DNA of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum secretions of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was analyzed.At the same time,acid-fast staining and culture methods should be used to complete the comparative analysis of the DNA diagnosis of patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis.Results:q-PCR showed a high level of positive rate in detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA in sputum secretion of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and the sensitivity of the test is obviously better than the other two methods.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gene Xpert automatic medical PCR analysis system has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and low cost in clinical diagnosis,it is of great clinical value in the detection and diagnosis of mycobacterium DNA in sputum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
