摘要
目的:分析腕管综合征患者接受高频超声与肌电图诊断的效果。方法:选择2023年1月~2023年12月疑似腕管综合征患者64例进行临床研究,对患者进行高频超声与肌电图检查。以手术结果为“金标准”,计算并对比高频超声与肌电图诊断效能(符合率、灵敏度、特异度)。同时分析腕管综合征患者的高频超声与肌电图检查结果。结果:高频超声与肌电图联合检查对腕管综合征患者的诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度高于单独高频超声,同时高于单独肌电图(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声与肌电图对腕管综合征进行诊断有较高价值,联合检查可以提高准确率。
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of high-frequency ultrasound and electromyography diagnosis in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods:Patients suspected of carpal tunnel syndrome were selected for clinical research,and high-frequency ultrasound and electromyography were performed on the patients.There were 64 cases,sourced from January 2023 to December 2023.Using surgical results as the“gold standard”,calculate and compare the diagnostic efficacy(compliance,sensitivity,specificity)of high-frequency ultrasound and electromyography.Simultaneously analyze the results of high-frequency ultrasound and electromyography examination in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the combined examination of high-frequency ultrasound and electromyography for patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were higher than those of high-frequency ultrasound alone,and also higher than those of electromyography alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound and electromyography have high diagnostic value for carpal tunnel syndrome,and the combined examination can improve accuracy.
