摘要
目的:调查分析2022—2023年济南市济阳地区新生儿疾病筛查可疑患儿首次召回情况及其影响因素。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年10月在济南市济阳地区妇产科出生的4 236例新生儿作为调查对象,对新生儿进行苯丙酮尿症(PKU)和先天性甲状腺功能减退(CH)筛查,将可疑阳性新生儿召回复查。统计新生儿PKU、CH筛查检出的可疑阳性和可疑患儿首次召回情况,收集可疑新生儿的籍贯、家长职业、居住地、患儿家长文化程度、家庭月收入、家长对新生儿疾病筛查认知度、生育证明等信息,分析新生儿疾病筛查可疑患儿首次召回情况的影响因素。结果:4 236例新生儿中参与新生儿疾病筛查4 160例(98.21%),经PKU、CH筛查,筛检出可疑阳性136例(3.27%),首次召回可疑新生儿129例(94.85%)。其中PKU、CH可疑阳性分别为70例(1.68%)、67例(95.71%),首次召回分别为66例(1.59%)、63例(95.45%)。籍贯、家长文化程度、家庭月收入、家长对新生儿疾病筛查认知度、生育证明是2022—2023年济南市济阳地区新生儿疾病筛查可疑患儿首次召回的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:济南市济阳地区新生儿疾病筛查率可疑患儿的首次召回率偏低,建议医疗机构加强对新生儿疾病的筛查和可疑患儿的召回工作,针对不同家长群体普及新生儿疾病相关知识。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the first recall of suspicious children with neonatal disease screening in JiyangDistrict of Jinan City from 2022 to 2023 and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of four thousand two hundred and thirty-sixnewborns born in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Jiyang District,Jinan City from May 2022 to October 2023 wereselected as the investigation objects.Newborn infants were screened for phenylketonuria(PKU) and congenital hypothyroidism(CH).The suspected positive newborn was recalled for re-examination.The suspicious positivity of newborn PKU and CHscreening and the first recall of suspicious children were counted.Information such as birthplace,parents' occupation,residence,parents' education level,family monthly income,parents' awareness of newborn disease screening,birth certificate and otherinformation were collected.The influencing factors of the first recall of suspicious children with neonatal disease screening wereanalyzed.Results:Among the 4,236 newborns,4,160(98.21%) participated in neonatal disease screening,136(3.27%) weresuspected positive after PKU and CH screening,and 129(94.85%) were recalled for the first time;PKU and CH were suspectedpositive in 70 cases(1.68%) and 67 cases(95.71%),and the first recall was 66 cases(1.59%) and 63 cases(95.45%),respectively;native place,parents' education level,family monthly income,parents' awareness of neonatal disease screening and birthcertificate were the independent influencing factors for the first recall of suspicious newborn disease screening in Jiyang District ofJinan City from 2022 to 2023(P<0.05).Conclusion:The first recall rate of children with suspicious newborn disease screening ratein Jiyang district of Jinan City is low.It is recommended that medical institutions strengthen the screening of neonatal diseasesand recall of suspicious children,and popularize the knowledge of neonatal diseases for different gruops of parents.
