新型高效加氢反应器内构件技术研究与开发

摘要 高效的加氢反应器是加氢装置安全、稳定、长周期运行的关键。采用老式内构件设计和制造的加氢装置反应器存在床层压降严重、径向温差较大等问题。针对此问题开发了积垢盘技术、分配盘技术、冷氢盘技术等成套加氢反应器内构件技术。实施后,加氢反应器可有效增加垢物沉积空间,抵抗突发结垢冲击和垢物对催化剂床层的堵塞,同时可以实现反应物料的全混合,具有良好的技术经济性与稳定性。 Efficient hydrogenation reactor is the key to safety,stability and long-term operation of hydrogenation unit.The hydrogenation reactor designed and manufactured with the old internals have some problems,such as the serious bed pressure drop and large radial temperature difference.To solve the above problems,a complete set of hydrogenation reactor internals technology including fouling panel,distribution panel and cold hydrogen panel have been developed.The hydrogenation reactor used this set of internals technology can effectively increase the fouling deposition space of scale,so as to resist the sudden fouling deposit and the blockage of the catalyst bed,and achieve 100%mixing of reaction materials,which has good technical economy and stability.
