赛教融合培养制药工程设计能力的实践探索——以广东工业大学制药工程专业为例

摘要 新工科建设与工程教育专业认证为高等工程教育注入了新动力,工程设计能力则是高校工科专业人才培养的核心。制药工程是以培养制药工程技术人才为目标的药学和工程学交叉的新工科专业,但目前专业在制药工程设计能力培养方面还存在着明显不足。该文以广东工业大学制药工程设计竞赛实践为基础,开展赛教融合培养学生工程设计能力的探索。通过系列制药工程设计竞赛,以赛促学,推动学生自主学习;以赛促练,强化培养综合运用知识的能力;以赛促教,优化课程教学,推动相关课程教学紧贴工程实际;以赛促建,推动工程设计师资队伍与专业实践基地体系建设,为人才培养提供有力师资与实践基地保障。实践证明,赛教融合为培养学生制药工程设计能力的有效途径。 New engineering construction and engineering education professional certification have injected new impetus into higher engineering education,and engineering design ability is the core of engineering professional talent training in colleges and universities.Pharmaceutical engineering is a new engineering specialty that combines pharmacy and engineering with the goal of cultivating pharmaceutical engineering technicians.However,there are still obvious deficiencies in the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering design ability of the specialty at present.Based on the practice of the Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Competition of Guangdong University of Technology,this paper explored the integration of competition and teaching to cultivate students'engineering design ability.Through a series of pharmaceutical engineering design competitions,it could promote students'autonomous learning and strengthen students'ability to comprehensively use knowledge.It could optimize the course teaching and promote the relevant course teaching to be close to the actual project.It could also promote the construction of engineering design teaching staff and professional practice base system,and provide strong teachers and practice base guarantee for talent training.Practice has proved that the integration of competition and teaching is an effective way to cultivate students'pharmaceutical engineering design ability.
