摘要
掘锚一体机是快速掘进系统的重要组成装备,但现有常见普通机型的锚钻装置存在支护范围小等缺点。为解决此问题,阐述了尾部侧帮锚钻装置总体设计思路,介绍了锚钻装置的工作过程,结合支护范围进一步介绍了钻机提升机构的组成,同时校核了整机通过性。最后对锚钻装置调试情况进行说明,结合文家坡煤矿井下工业性试验,验证了方案设计的可行性。
The excavator anchor integrated machine is an important component equipment of the rapid tunneling system,but the anchor drilling device of the existing common ordinary model has the shortcomings such as small support range.To solve this problem,elaborated on the overall design concept of the tail side anchor drilling device,introduced the working process of the anchor drilling device,and further introduced the composition of the drilling rig lifting mechanism in combination with the support scope.At the same time,the overall passability of the machine was verified.Finally,the debugging situation of the anchor drilling device was explained,and the feasibility of the scheme design was verified through industrial tests in the Wenjiapo coal mine underground.
