摘要
为满足高落差、大运量转运的需求,缓解传统设计下转运站点粉尘超标的问题,研发设计了一种自循环抑尘除尘装置,旨在从源头上减少粉尘的产生。详细介绍了自循环抑尘除尘装置的结构,对其工作原理和特点进行了分析。该装置能够有效地降低粉尘浓度和压力,满足严格的降尘降压要求,具有维护简便、无二次污染、能耗低及无需人工操作等特点。在当前强调节能减排的背景下,作为一种新型节能技术,在除尘过程中展现出独特的优势。
In order to meet the needs of high drop and large volume transfer,and alleviate the problem of excessive dust at the transfer station under the traditional design,a self-recirculation dust suppression and removal device was developed and designed,which aims to reduce the generation of dust from the source.Detail introduced the structure of self-recirculation dust suppression and removal device,and analyzed its working principle and characteristics.The device can effectively reduce the dust concentration and pressure,meet the strict requirements of dust reduction and pressure reduction,and has the characteristics of simple maintenance,no secondary pollution,low energy consumption and no manual operation.Under the current background of emphasizing energy conservation and emission reduction,as a new energy-saving technology,it shows unique advantages in the dust removal process.
