摘要
目的研究康复护理干预对三踝骨折患者踝关节活动度及疼痛的影响。方法选取江阴市中医骨伤医院2019年1月至2023年12月收治的三踝骨折患者86例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组组和观察组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施康复护理干预。对比两组护理前及护理6个月后踝关节活动度、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,对比两组的护理满意度及踝关节优良率。结果护理前,两组踝关节活动度、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理6个月后,两组上述指标均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理6个月后,两组护理满意度及踝关节优良率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对三踝骨折患者实施康复护理干预可以改善患者的踝关节功能,减轻患者疼痛程度,改善患者的膝关节活动能力,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on ankle range of motion and pain in patients with trimalleolar fracture.Methods From January 2019 to December 2023,86 patients with trimalleolar fracture admitted to the Yin City Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Compared to two groups before treatment and nursing after six months of ankle range of motion and visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Comparison of two groups of the rate of good nursing satisfaction and ankle.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in ankle range of motion and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the above indicators of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the nursing satisfaction and the excellent and good rate of ankle joint in the two groups were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with trimalleolar fracture can improve their ankle joint function,reduce their pain,improve their knee joint mobility,and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
