摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,以乙腈:0.1%磷酸水溶液=80:20为流动相,使用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C184μm(4.6×150 mm)色谱柱和二极管阵列(DAD)检测器,在210 nm检测波长下,对40%异噁草松·仲丁灵乳油中的异噁草松和仲丁灵进行分离和定量分析。结果表明:该分析方法中异噁草松和仲丁灵的线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9999,标准偏差分别为0.0725和0.0956,变异系数分别为0.7090和0.3210,回收率分别为99.66%和99.54%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Climazone and Butralin 40%EC was described by HPLC,using the Acetonitrile+0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase(volume ratio of 80:20),on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C184μm(4.6×150mm)column and diode array(Dad)detector at 210 nm wavelength。The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of Climazone and Butralin were 0.9998 and 0.9999,the standard deviation were 0.0725 and 0.0956,the variation coefficients were 0.7090 and 0.3210,and the average recovery were 99.66%and 99.54%.
