民用航空发动机试验过程数字化管控

摘要 民用航空发动机试验是产品研制的核心环节,涉及试验任务管理、试验工艺、现场管理、数据报告管理等众多环节,采用数字化技术进行精益改善意义重大。通过构建数字化试验过程管控模式,逐步实现了计划任务的数字化流转、试验现场的无纸化作业、试验进程的可视化呈现等,确保管理者可实时掌握试验现场状态,实现试验过程透明化管控;将安全检查工序应用在现场过程管控,保障了试验过程现场安全受控;通过设计更改贯彻要求准确落实,显著提高了试验验证效率、准确度和试验成功率,节省了运营成本。 Civil aero-engine test is a core sections for product development.This section covers several different procedures,including test order management,test process,on-site management,and data report management.Through the construction of digital test process management mode,this paper progressive realizes the digital flow of plan tasks,paperless operation of the test site and visualization of the test process,so as to ensure that managers have real-time access to the status of the test site,and realize the transparent management of the test process.The safety management of the test process is ensured by applying the safety inspection procedure to the process site management.Through the accurate implementation of the design change implementation requirements,the efficiency and accuracy of the test verification are significantly improved,the success rate of a test is improved,and the operating cost is saved.
