摘要
为实现施工过程中隧道衬砌厚度控制,在三维激光扫描技术的基础上,提出了基于激光扫描点云的隧道衬砌厚度及混凝土用量计算方法。采用三维激光扫描仪获取隧道毛洞、初期支护、二次衬砌内表面的三维点云,对这些数据进行坐标转换、切割处理,并根据本文提出的计算方法对处理后的数据进行分析,得到衬砌的计算厚度及混凝土用量。经现场试验验证,本文的计算方法能够快速计算出衬砌厚度及混凝土用量,并能确定衬砌超厚、欠厚的位置;初期支护、二次衬砌的混凝土计算用量与实际用量分别相差0.90%、0.59%。本文的计算方法准确、有效,能够用于施工期间隧道衬砌厚度和混凝土用量的实时检测。
In order to realize the construction process control of tunnel lining thickness,the calculation method of tunnel lining thickness and concrete usage based on 3D laser scanning point cloud was proposed.The 3D laser scanner was used to obtain the laser point clouds of the surface of tunnel excavation,primary support and second lining,then the point cloud data were converted and cut,the processed point cloud data were calculated and analyzed according to the proposed calculation method to obtain the calculate lining thickness and concrete usage.Field test shows that,the calculation method proposed in this paper can quickly get the calculate lining thickness and concrete usage,and determine the location of under-thickness or over-thickness.The calculate concrete usage of primary support and second lining differs from the actual amount by 0.90%and 0.59%respectively.The calculation method has a good accuracy and can be used for the control of lining thickness of tunnels in the construction period.
