摘要
依托青岛轨道交通R3线,根据清水混凝土构件的技术要求选取原材料,开展混凝土配合比试验,分析单掺矿粉,双掺矿粉+粉煤灰,三掺矿粉+粉煤灰+硅粉对清水混凝土性能和外观质量的影响。试验结果表明:与单掺矿粉和双掺矿粉+粉煤灰相比,三掺矿粉+粉煤灰+硅灰可大幅改善混凝土的工作性能,保障混凝土28 d抗压强度,大幅降低电通量,提高混凝土的耐久性能和外观质量。采用三掺矿粉+粉煤灰+硅粉的掺入方式,设计了不同强度等级混凝土的配合比并配制了混凝土。经测试,不同强度等级混凝土工作性能均良好;含气量在2.3%~2.4%,满足技术要求;抗压强度满足各自强度等级要求;28 d电通量在420~480 C,耐久性能好;外观颜色均匀,光泽度好,无明显气泡。配制的清水混凝土在青岛地铁R3号线两河站和灵山卫站中得到应用,各个部位清水混凝土外观质量满足JGJ 169—2009《清水混凝土应用技术规程》要求,工程应用效果良好。
Based on Qingdao Rail Transit R3 Line,raw materials were selected according to the technical requirements of the fair-faced concrete components,and concrete mix ratio tests were carried out to analyze the effects of single mineral powder,double mineral powder+fly ash,as well as triple mineral powder+fly ash+silica powder on the performance and appearance quality of fair-faced concrete.The experimental results show that compared with single mineral powder,double mineral powder+fly ash,triple mineral powder+fly ash+silica powder can significantly improve the workability of concrete,ensure the compressive strength of concrete at 28 d,significantly reduce electrical flux,and improve the durability and appearance quality of concrete.The mix proportions of different strength grades of concrete were designed and the concrete was prepared using a method of adding triple mineral powder+fly ash+silica powder.After testing,the workability of concrete of different strength grades is good.The gas content is at 2.3%~2.4%,which could meet the technical requirements.The compressive strength meets the requirements of each strength grade.The electrical flux for 28 d is at 420~480 C,which is with good durability performance.The appearance color is uniform,the glossiness is good,and there are no obvious bubbles.The prepared fair-faced concrete has been applied in Lianghe Station and Lingshanwei Station of Qingdao Rail Transit R3 Line.The appearance quality of fair-faced concrete in various parts could meet the requirements of JGJ 169-2009 Technical Specification for Fair-faced Concrete Construction,and the engineering application effect is good.
