摘要
借鉴阳极炉使用稀氧燃烧技术的成功应用经验,在白银炉沉淀区采用稀氧燃烧,解决了富氧燃烧时粉煤消耗较多、烟气量大、炉膛温度分布不均匀等问题,而且延长了耐火材料的寿命,改善了作业环境。
The successful application experience of using dilute oxygen combustion technology in anode furnaces was drew on in the article,and uses dilute oxygen combustion in the sedimentation area of baiyin copper smelting furnaces to solve problems such as high consumption of coal powder,large amount of flue gas,and uneven distribution of furnace temperature during enriched oxygen combustion.It also extends the service life of refractory materials and improves the working environment.
