摘要
微生物诱导的混凝土腐蚀会导致污水环境下混凝土构筑物的严重腐蚀破坏。本文将微生物灭杀技术引入到建筑砂浆,在硫铝酸盐水泥-普通硅酸水泥复配的防腐蚀砂浆内掺入纳米银类杀菌剂和铜酞菁杀菌剂,对掺两种杀菌剂的砂浆抗微生物腐蚀性能以及两种杀菌剂对砂浆的力学性能、工作性能的影响进行了研究。研究发现:杀菌剂的掺入会使复合砂浆力学强度先增加后减少;杀菌剂能起到对微生物的杀灭作用,提高污水环境下的复合砂浆的强度,并减少其质量损失。
Microbial induced concrete corrosion can lead to severe corrosion damage to concrete structures in a sewage environment.In this paper,the microbial killing technology was introduced into the construction mortar,and the anti-corrosion mortar of sulfoaluminate cement-ordinary silicate ce‐ment was mixed with nano-silver fungicide and copper phthalocyanine fungicide,and the anti-microbial corrosion properties of the mortar mixed with the two fungicides and the effects of the two fungicides on the mechanical properties and working properties of the mortar were studied.It is found that the incorporation of fungicide will increase the mechanical strength of the composite mortar first and then decrease.Fungicides can play a role in killing microorganisms,improve the strength of composite mor‐tar in sewage environment,and reduce its quality loss.
