摘要
游乐设施在运行中易受外界环境干扰,导致其应变力信号波动幅度较小。因此,文章设计一种基于光纤光栅传感器的游乐设施框架结构应变智能监测方法。该方法利用光纤光栅传感器的高灵敏度和稳定性,能够精准采集游乐设施框架结构的应变数据。在设置监测约束条件时,文章充分考虑应变监测的目标函数,通过提取应变幅值、应变速率等关键特征,实时掌握结构在受力作用下的变形情况。一旦发现应变数据超过预设的安全阈值,系统会立即发出预警信号,提醒管理人员迅速采取措施。实验结果表明,在200~300 mm和400~500 mm的关键测试点位,该智能监测方法监测到的应变力信号波动幅度显著,且与实际信号变化情况高度一致,显示出优异的监测效果和极高的准确性。
Amusement facilities are susceptible to external environmental interference during operation,resulting in smaller fluctuations in their strain force signals.Therefore,this article designs an intelligent strain monitoring method for amusement facility framework structures based on fiber grating sensors.This method utilizes the high sensitivity and stability of fiber grating sensors to accurately collect strain data of amusement facility frame structures.When setting monitoring constraints,this article fully considers the objective function of strain monitoring,and by extracting key features such as strain amplitude and strain rate,real-time grasp of the deformation of the structure under stress.Once the strain data exceeds the preset safety threshold,the system will immediately issue an alert signal to remind management personnel to take measures quickly.The experimental results show that at the key testing points of 200~300 mm and 400~500 mm,the fluctuation amplitude of the strain force signal monitored by this intelligent monitoring method is significant and highly consistent with the actual signal changes,demonstrating excellent monitoring effect and extremely high accuracy.
