基于BIM技术与CAN控制器的建筑温度自动测控设计

摘要 为了提升建筑温度自动测控系统的保温性能与准确性,此次研究采用建筑信息技术的温度采集器和监控器,结合热流计技术,并利用局域网控制器设置监控器以支持多种协议和监测性能。结果显示,系统在建筑墙体温度性能测量上达到了0.45 W的传热系数,优于传统热流计方法的0.40 W。在测控时间方面,系统记录为36.103 s,相比于系统C的13.974 s略长,但低于系统B的37.594 s,展现了更高的预测准确性。同时,系统在普通气候区域的经济和环境效益表现优于极端气候区。通过对建筑墙体热桥与非热桥区域的热流差异分析,为建筑设计和施工提供了关键的洞察。综上所述,基于建筑信息技术的系统在测量精度方面展现了优异表现,为建筑节能领域的进步贡献了关键技术。 In order to improve the thermal insulation performance and accuracy of the building temperature automatic measurement and control system,this study adopts the temperature collector and monitor of building information technology,combined with the heat flow meter technology,and uses the local area network controller to set the monitor to support a variety of protocols and monitoring performance.The results show that the system achieves 0.45 W heat transfer coefficient in the measurement of building wall temperature performance,which is better than 0.40 W in the traditional heat flow meter method.In terms of measurement and control time,the system recorded 36.103,which is slightly longer than system C’s 13.974,but lower than System B’s 37.594,demonstrating better prediction accuracy.At the same time,the economic and environmental benefits of the system in the common climate region are better than those in the extreme climate region.The analysis of heat flow difference between thermal bridge and non-thermal bridge area of building wall provides key insight for architectural design and construction.In summary,the system based on building information technology has shown excellent performance in terms of measurement accuracy,contributing key technologies to the progress in the field of building energy efficiency.
