侧吹炉烟道结构分析及设计要点

摘要 侧吹炉生产中若原料所含杂质成分过多、工艺控制不当等,易导致侧吹炉烟道内黏接严重,从而影响侧吹炉的作业率,甚至对安全生产会有影响。通过分析侧吹炉烟道内黏结形成的原因,对比了目前国内冶炼厂均有实际应用的3种侧吹炉烟道结构形式,分析其各自的结构特点和优缺点。对侧吹炉砖砌烟道的方案设计提出需要认真考虑的设计要点。 In the production of side-blown furnaces,if there are too many impurities in the raw materials and improper process control during the production,it is easy to cause serious adhesion in the flue of the side blowing furnace,which can affect the operating rate of the side blowing furnace and even have an impact on safety production.By analyzing the reasons for the formation of adhesion in the side blowing furnace flue,three types of side blowing furnace flue structures that have been practically applied in domestic smelters were compared,and their respective structural characteristics,advantages,and disadvantages were analyzed.Design points that need to be carefully considered in the scheme design of brick flue for side blowing furnace.
