融合拉曼散射的BOTDR温度应变解耦传感系统研究

摘要 采用单模光纤获取布里渊频移并利用多模光纤进行拉曼测温补偿,是工程应用中常用的温度应变双参量传感方法。但其存在传感光缆结构复杂、应用成本高的缺点。基于双路光开关分时复用,搭建了面向单芯单模光纤的拉曼散射和布里渊频移融合探测系统,实现了温度与应变解耦测量。分析了双参量传感测量原理,构建了拉曼散射辅助的BOTDR实验系统,并采用小波降噪算法进行数据处理。实验证明,该系统在3 m空间分辨率下,测量距离可达9 km,温度测量结果波动范围为±1.5℃,温度波动均方根误差(RMSE)为0.808℃,应变解调结果波动范围为±117με,应变波动均方根误差(RMSE)为72.04με。研究表明,融合拉曼散射的BOTDR温度应变解耦传感系统可有效解决单模光纤传感过程中交叉敏感问题,为后续的工程化应用提供了理论基础和解决方案。 Acquiring Brillouin frequency shift in a single-mode fiber while utilizing Raman temperature measurement in a parallel multi-mode fiber is a common engineering approach for a simultaneous measurement of both temperature and strain.Nevertheless,the method increases both the complexity of the configuration in the sensing system and the application cost.A measurement system on single-mode fiber with single core which combines Raman backscattering sensing and Brillouin frequency shift measurement is constructed.The sys-tem utilizes time-division multiplexing technology based on a dual-channel optical switch to realize a simultaneous measurement and de-coupling of temperature and strain.The principle of two-parameter measurement is analyzed and the Raman-assisted BOTDR experiment system is constructed.Wavelet denoising algorithm is utilized for data processing.Experiment results demonstrate that the system real-ized a 3 m spatial resolution on a 9 km measurement range.The measured temperature fluctuation range is±1.5℃with a root mean square error(RMSE)of 0.808℃.The measured strain fluctuation range is±117μεwith a RMSE of 72.04με.The result demonstrates the capability of Raman-assisted BOTDR temperature and strain measurement system for solving the cross sensitive problem in single-mode-fiber-based sensing,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent engineering applications and solutions.
