反应型标线涂料在云南山区高速公路标线修复中的应用

摘要 在对云南某高速公路旧路标线进行评定的基础上,提出采用反应型标线涂料喷涂工艺对旧标线进行修复,分析了玻璃珠粒径、不同共混比例、不同用量对喷涂后标线逆反射系数的影响,得出玻璃珠撒布量为450 g/m^(2),A型(细型)玻璃珠和B型玻璃珠(粗型)质量比例为1∶2时,逆反射系数最佳;通过工后检测,修复后标线逆反射系数均值不小于400 mcd·m^(-2)·lx^(-1);工程实践表面反应型标线涂料能有效修复高速公路旧标线的功能。 On the basis of evaluating the old road markings of a certain expressway in Yunnan,it is proposed to use a reactive marking paint spraying process to repair the old markings.The effects of glass bead particle size,different blending ratios and different dosages on the retroreflection coefficient of sprayed marking lines are analyzed.When the distribution amount of glass beads is 450 g/m^(2),and the mass ratio of A-type(fine)glass beads to B-type(coarse)glass beads is 1:2,the best retroreflection coefficient is obtained.After the post construction inspection,the average retroreflection coefficient of the repaired marking line is not less than 400 mcd·m^(-2)·lx^(-1).The surface reactive marking paint in engineering practice can effectively repair the function of old markings on expressways.
