不同工况下刮板输送机中部槽的磨损性能分析

摘要 刮板输送机是进行煤炭开采输送的重要设备,其中部槽在长期的使用中容易造成颗粒磨损。针对煤炭颗粒对中部槽的磨损作用进行离散元仿真分析,在不同的速度及粒度工况下分析中部槽的磨损规律,从而为刮板输送机的设计使用提供参考。 Scraper conveyor is an important equipment for coal mining and conveying,and its central trough is prone to abrasive wear in long-term use.The discrete element simulation analysis is carried out to analyse the abrasion effect of coal particles on the middle groove,and the abrasion law of the middle groove is analysed under different speed and particle size conditions,so as to provide a reference for the design and use of the scraper conveyor.
