摘要
为了降低机床故障率、提高系统可靠性和延长服役寿命,以机床的说明书为基础,构建了一个面向机床故障诊断的知识图谱。对机床特征状态数据的清洗、抽取及缺失值填补等关键技术进行了研究,实现了对机床状态数据的有效提取和整合。文中提出的面向机床故障诊断的知识图谱构建为机床故障预测和维护提供了新的技术手段和思路。
To reduce machine tool failure rates,improve system reliability,and extend service life,this paper constructs a knowledge graph for machine tool fault diagnosis based on the machine tool manual.We study key technologies such as cleaning,extracting,and filling in missing values of machine tool feature state data,achieving effective extraction and integration of machine tool state data.The knowledge graph construction for machine tool fault diagnosis proposed in this paper provides new technical means and ideas for machine tool fault prediction and maintenance.
