不同水平酵母培养物对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和免疫功能的影响

Effects of different levels of yeast culture on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and immune function of weaned piglets

摘要 文章旨在分析不同添加水平酵母培养物对断奶仔猪生产性能、养分表观消化率和免疫功能的影响。试验将160头断奶仔猪分为对照组、T1、T2和T3,每组4个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,T1、T2和T3在基础日粮基础上分别添加0.50%、1.00%和1.50%水平酵母培养物,研究为期35d,对比不同水平酵母培养物对仔猪的影响。结果表明,试验结束后,T2组断奶仔猪末重、日均增重、日均采食量3项指标均显著高于对照组、T1和T3(P<0.05);T2组料重比显著低于其他三组(P<0.05);T2组粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、磷和钙表观消化率显著高于对照组、T1和T3(P<0.05),T1、T3组各养分表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),T1、T3组间的养分表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05);T2组仔猪血清IgA水平显著高于对照组、T1和T3(P<0.05),对照组、T1和T3组仔猪血清IgA水平无显著差异(P>0.05),且4个处理间仔猪血清IgG、IgM水平相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究证实,为断奶仔猪饲喂酵母培养物可促进其生长,强化免疫功能,提高各养分表观消化率,其中以1.00%添加水平最为理想。 The aim was to analyze the effects of yeast cultures with different added levels on the performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and immune function of weaned piglets.For this purpose,160 weaned piglets were selected and divided into control group,T1,T2 and T3.Four replicates were set for each group,and 10 piglets were included in each replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,T1,T2 and T3 added 0.50%,1.00%and 1.50%yeast cultures to the basal diet,respectively,study period 35d to compare the effects of different levels of yeast cultures on piglets.The results of that study:after the trial,In the comparison of the three indicators of final weight,average daily weight gain and average daily food intake,All the weaned piglets in the T2 group were significantly higher than those in the control group,T1 and T3(P<0.05);The material weight ratio of T2 was significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P<0.05);The apparent digestibility of T2 crude protein,crude fat,phosphorus and calcium was higher than that of the control group,T1 and T3(P<0.05),The apparent digestibility of each nutrient in T1 and T3 was higher than the control group(P<0.05),There was no difference in nutrient apparent digestibility between T1 and T3(P>0.05);The serum IgA level of T2 piglets was higher than the control group,T1 and T3(P<0.05),There was no difference in serum IgA levels between control,T1 and T3 piglets(P>0.05),There was no difference in serum IgG and IgM levels between the four treatments(P>0.05).The results confirmed that feeding yeast culture to weaned piglets could promote their growth,strengthen immune function and improve the apparent digestibility of each nutrient,among which 1.00%addition level was the most ideal.
