摘要
高精密引线框架材料对铜合金的性能要求较严格,要求同时具备高硬度和较高的导电率,而轧制加工率及时效直接影响着材料的性能。为了探索合适的加工工艺,研究了不同轧制加工率和时效工艺对C19400组织性能的影响规律,发现在试验条件下,二次冷轧时效温度400℃、时效8 h后合金具有较高的硬度和导电率,合金的抗软化性也较高,且生产成本低,制定加工工艺时可予以优先考虑。
High precision lead frame materials have strict requirements for the performance of copper alloys,requiring both high hardness and high conductivity.The rolling processing rate and aging directly affect the material's performance.In order to explore suitable processing techniques,the effects in the microstructure and properties of C19400 under different rolling processing rates and aging processes were studied.It was found that under experimental conditions,the alloy had high hardness and conductivity after a secondary cold rolling aging temperature at 400℃and aging for 8 hours.The alloy also had high resistance to softening and low production costs.Therefore,priority should be given to developing processing techniques.
