摘要
《教育部办公厅等五部门关于实施职业教育现场工程师专项培训计划的通知》强调,要培养一大批具有工匠精神、精于操作、懂技术、会管理、善协作、能创新的现场工程师[1];培养一大批具有工匠精神的现场工程师;要培养一大批具有工匠精神的现场工程师,在现场工程师联合培养背景下,高职专业教师的发展机会越来越多,行业企业对专业教师的定位和要求也越来越高,文章旨在探讨在现场工程师培养背景下,高职教师工程能力培养的重要性及其实施路径。通过分析当前高职教师工程能力现状,结合现场工程师培养的具体要求,提出一系列教师工程能力培养的策略和方法,为高职教师的专业成长和现场工程师的优质培养提供理论支持和实践指导。
The Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and five other departments on“The Implementation of the Special Training Plan for Vocational Education Field Engineers”emphasizes the need to cultivate a large number of on-site engineers with craftsmanship spirit,proficiency in operation,technical understanding,management skills,good collaboration,and innovation;To cultivate a large number of on-site engineers with craftsmanship spirit needs to cultivate a large number of on-site engineers with craftsmanship spirit,under the background of joint training of on-site engineers.There are more and more opportunities for the development of vocational college professional teachers,and industry enterprises have higher positioning and requirements for professional teachers.This article aims to explore the importance and implementation path of engineering ability training for vocational college teachers in the context of on-site engineer training.By analyzing the current situation of engineering abilities of vocational college teachers and combining with the specific requirements for on-site engineer training,a series of strategies and methods for cultivating teacher engineering abilities are proposed,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the professional growth of vocational college teachers and the high-quality training of on-site engineers.
