浮选智能加药控制系统开发及应用

摘要 针对选矿厂浮选药剂添加人工控制模式精确度低、调整不及时、人员操作偏差大、药剂单耗较高等情形,开发了一套浮选智能加药控制系统。系统结合了计量泵式自动加药机和泡沫影像单元等硬件,计量泵式自动加药机实现药剂远程精准控制,泡沫影像单元将现场浮选槽泡沫信息反馈给智能控制系统,实现了浮选药剂统一、及时、有效的智能控制。系统在选矿厂铜浮选工艺投入运行一段时间后,对比投入前后回收率指标和药剂使用单耗可知,浮选智能加药控制系统投入后,浮选铜回收率指标提高了0.36个百分点,同时捕收剂和起泡剂等药剂使用单耗平均相对减少16.56%。浮选智能加药控制系统在提高浮选回收率指标的同时,能有效降低药剂使用单耗,带来良好的经济效益,值得推广应用。 In view of the low accuracy,untimely adjustment,large deviation of personnel operation and high unit consumption of flotation reagents in the manual control mode of flotation reagents addition in concentrators,a set of flotation intelligent dosing control system is developed.The system combines the hardware of the metering pump automatic dosing machine and the foam image unit.The metering pump auto⁃matic dosing machine realizes the remote precise control of the reagent,and the foam image unit feeds back the foam information of the on-site flotation tank to the intelligent control system to realize the unified,time⁃ly and effective intelligent control of the flotation reagent.After the system is put into operation for a period of time in the copper flotation process of the concentrator,the recovery rate index and the unit consumption of the reagent before and after the input are compared.It can be seen that after the flotation intelligent dosing control system is put into operation,the recovery rate index of flotation copper increases by 0.36 percentage points,and the average unit consumption of collectors and foaming agents decreases by 16.56%.The flota⁃tion intelligent dosing control system can effectively reduce the unit consumption of reagents and bring good economic benefits while improving the flotation recovery rate index,which is worthy of popularization and application.
