功能性二氧化硅微球的制备

摘要 考察了正硅酸乙酯、氨水、醇水体积比和反应温度对微球制备的粒径及单分散性影响;制备了粒径180~820 nm可调、形貌均匀的单分散性二氧化硅(SiO_(2))微球。结果表明:随着正硅酸乙酯用量的增大,SiO_(2)微球的粒径逐渐增大;随着氨水用量的增加,SiO_(2)微球的粒径呈先增大后减小的趋势;随着反应温度的升高,SiO_(2)微球的粒径减小;随着醇水体积比的减小,SiO_(2)微球的粒径减小。在此基础上,用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、戊二酸酐和十八烷基三乙氧基硅烷分别将氨基、羧基和烷基引入到SiO_(2)微球的表面,红外光谱和热分析结果表明,成功制备了功能性SiO_(2)微球。 The effects of ethyl orthosilicate,ammonia water,alcohol water volume ratio,and reaction temperature on the particle size and monodispersity of microspheres were investigated.Monodisperse silica(SiO_(2))microspheres with uniform morphology and adjustable particle size between 180 nm and 820 nm were prepared.The results showed that as the amount of ethyl orthosilicate increased,the particle size of SiO_(2) microspheres gradually increased.With the increase of ammonia dosage,the particle size of SiO_(2) microspheres showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.As the reaction temperature increased,the particle size of SiO_(2) microspheres decreased.As the alcohol water volume ratio decreased,the particle size of SiO_(2) microspheres decreased.On this basis,amino,carboxyl,and alkyl groups were introduced onto the surface of SiO_(2) microspheres using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane,glutaric anhydride,and octadecyltriethoxysilane,respectively.The infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis results showed that functional SiO_(2) microspheres were successfully prepared.
