摘要
本文结合协同、复杂系统理论和利益相关者理论,首先对装配式建筑供应链协同范围进行界定,得出核心利益相关者;其次,利用TOE框架识别出影响各利益相关者协同效率的影响因素,构建装配式建筑供应链协同效率评价指标体系;再次,通过熵权-耦合度模型建立装配式建筑供应链协同效率评价模型,并对评价体系的实用性和科学性进行验证;最后,根据实证结果提出协同效率提升策略。
Based on synergetic theory,complex system theory and stakeholder theory,this research firstly defines the synergy range of prefabricated building supply chain and obtains the core stakeholders.Secondly,TOE framework is used to identify the influencing factors of stakeholders’collaborative efficiency,so as to obtain the collaborative efficiency evaluation index system for prefabricated building supply chain.Then,the collaborative efficiency evaluation model of prefabricated building supply chain is established by entropy weight-coupling degree model,and the practicability and scientificity of the evaluation system are verified.Finally,the countermeasures to improve collaborative efficiency are proposed according to the empirical results.
