摘要
高端装备产业学院作为培养高端装备制造人才的重要基地,其办学模式和建设路径对于提高人才培养质量和满足经济社会发展需求具有重要意义。渤海船舶职业学院高端装备产业学院从机制体制建设、专业建设、课程教材建设、实训基地建设和师资队伍建设等方面入手进行了改革,取得了一定成效,为我国高端装备产业发展培养了大批高素质技术技能人才。
As an important base for cultivating high-end equipment manufacturing talents,the school running mode and construction path of high-end Equipment Industry College are significant for improving the quality of talent cultivation and meeting the needs of economic and social development.The high-end Equipment Industry College of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College reforms mechanism and system construction,professional construction,course material construction,training base construction as well as teaching staff construction,and has achieved certain results,cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the development of China’s high-end equipment industry.
