摘要
通过对石油和天然气行业的硫磺回收联合装置的工艺条件进行分析,介绍一种用于硫磺回收单元控制点里面的:废热、硫冷凝器、原料酸性气体和入炉空气等工艺过程中的阀门解决方案——高温掺和阀,针对阀门在此装置中的应用难点进行分析,阐述阀芯内件的结构设计、选材,保温防结晶结构、氮气吹扫气封结构以及低泄漏填料密封的结构设计方案,为石化行业内特殊工况的阀门运用提供参考方案。
Based on the analysis and understanding of the process conditions of the sulfur recovery combined unit in the petroleum and natural gas industry,this paper introduces a high-temperature blending valve,which is used in the control point of the sulfur recovery unit:waste heat,sulfur condenser,raw material acid gas and furnace air.According to the analysis of the application difficulties of the valve in this unit,the structural design of the valve core interior,material selection,heat preservation and crystallization prevention structure,nitrogen purge gas seal structure and low-leakage packing seal structure design scheme provide a reference scheme for the use of valves under special working conditions in the petrochemical industry.
