摘要
地震是高速铁路面临的主要自然灾害之一,由于其发生的突然性和毁灭性,给高速铁路行车带来极大的威胁。为提高高速铁路运营安全性,减小地震对工程结构物损害,本文解释了地震预警系统的实现原理,介绍了国内外已有成功预警经验的地震预警系统,探讨了高速铁路地震预警系统中测点的布置,提出了沿线布置与强震区布置相结合的测点布设思路,并对灾后高速铁路列车的应急处置措施进行了讨论,最后阐述了我国地震预警系统和高速铁路预警系统的实践成果。
Earthquake is one of the major natural disasters faced by high-speed railways.Due to its suddenness and destructiveness,it poses a great threat to high-speed railway operations.In order to enhance the safety of high-speed railway operations and reduce the damage to engineering structures caused by earthquakes,this paper explains the implementation principles of earthquake early warning systems,introduces successful earthquake early warning systems with experiences from both domestic and international contexts,explores the arrangement of measurement points in high-speed railway earthquake early warning systems,proposes a measurement point placement strategy that combines the arrangement along the railway line with the placement in strong seismic zones,discusses the emergency response measures for high-speed railway trains after a disaster,and finally elaborates on the achievements of earthquake early warning systems and high-speed railway warning systems in China.
