摘要
针对专家评价信息为离散模糊数、权重未知的群决策问题,给出了一种专家动态权重确定方法,并将其和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)结合提出了一种新的模糊语言群决策方法。专家通过基于离散模糊数的模糊语言值表示模型得到对备选方案的主观评价;综合考虑主观评价的不确定性和相似度,通过线性加权得到专家的动态组合权重;给出了基于专家动态权重和TOPSIS的模糊语言群决策方法的具体步骤,用于实现备选方案的排序;通过一个具体的应用案例证明所提方法是可行和有效的。
For the group decision making problem where the expert evaluation information is discrete fuzzy number and weight is unknown,an expert dynamic weight determination method is proposed and a new fuzzy language group decision method is proposed by combining it with TOPSIS.Firstly,the experts propose the subjective evaluation of the alternatives through the fuzzy linguistic value representation model based on discrete fuzzy numbers.Secondly,the experts'dynamic combination weights are obtained by linear weighting considering the uncertainty and similarity of the subjective evaluation.Then,the specific steps of fuzzy language group decision method based on expert dynamic weights and TOPSIS are given to achieve the ranking of alternatives.Finally,a specific application case is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
