半直驱永磁电机在游梁式抽油机上的应用

摘要 游梁式抽油机以传统皮带传动为主,存在电机运行效率低、传动效率低、冲次调整范围小、采液单耗高等问题。针对这些问题,油田某区块将半直驱永磁电机引入游梁式抽油机的应用中。应用表明,半直驱永磁电机具有结构简单、操作安全、调参方便、高效节能、投资回收期短等优点,适用于油田各型号的游梁式抽油机,值得推广应用。 Traditional beam pumping units mainly use belt transmission,which has low motor operational efficiency,low transmission efficiency,limited stroke adjustment range,and high single fluid production energy consumption.To address these issues,the oilfield introduced semi-direct drive permanent magnet motors in beam pumping units.Applications show that semi-direct drive permanent magnet motors are simple in structure,safe and convenient to operate,easy to adjust,efficient,energy-saving,and have a short investment recovery period.They are suitable for all models of beam pumping units in oilfields and are worthy of promotion.
