摘要
对某紧密型县域医共体16家成员单位负责人和335位农村老年人分别进行问卷调查。结果显示,农村老年人健康管理服务供给不足,老年人健康管理服务利用水平有待提升。补齐公卫人才短板,各单位间横向整合、纵向衔接,创新服务模式,发挥中医治未病优势;摸排特殊老年人,提供精准个性化服务;加强宣传,提高老年人对健康管理服务的认知度和参与度,提升利用水平,是实现农村健康老龄化的有效策略。
A questionnaire survey was conducted among the leaders of 16 member units of a closely integrated county medical community and 335 rural elderly individuals.The results show that the supply of health management services for rural elderly is insufficient and their utilization needs improvement.Strategies to address these issues include filling public health personnel gaps,integrating services horizontally and vertically across units,innovating service models,leveraging the advantages of preventive medicine,identifying and providing personalized services for special elderly groups,enhancing promotion,and improving elderly awareness and participation in health management services,which are effective strategies for achieving healthy aging in rural areas.
