摘要
针对在铁路桥梁形变监测过程中人工水准测量方法易受多种环境因素影响的问题,开发了一套基于北斗的自动化监测系统,该系统由控制软件和集成硬件组成。根据铁路桥的现场情况安装传感器,并采用GNSS动态差分技术处理传感器数据,接收到的原始数据和处理后的数据实时存储在集群服务器的MySQL数据库中,同时通过内网进行传输。通过网页端软件,可以浏览铁路桥的二维地图、实时监测数据变化情况,并实现监测预警功能。该系统解决了传统监测方法受天气和人员因素影响的问题,提高了监测的时效性,对铁路桥梁的调度与安全管理具有重要的应用价值。
A Beidou based automated monitoring system has been developed to address the issue of manual leveling methods being susceptible to various environmental factors during the deformation monitoring process of railway bridges.The system consists of control software and integrated hardware.Install sensors based on the on-site conditions of the railway bridge and use GNSS dynamic differential technology to process sensor data.The received raw and processed data are stored in realtime in the MySQL database of the cluster server and transmitted through the intranet.Through web-based software,one can browse the two-dimensional map of railway bridges,monitor real-time data changes,and implement monitoring and warning functions.This system solves the problem of traditional monitoring methods being affected by weather and personnel factors,improves the timeliness of monitoring,and has important application value for the scheduling and safety management of railway bridges.
