摘要
专业认同感是影响中医类专业新生自我效能感的重要因素。文章采用自制调查问卷的形式,研究影响中医类新生专业认同感的相关因素,共纳入398名中医类专业大一新生。结果显示,文科类新生对中医专业的认同感与自我效能感显著高于理科类新生(P<0.01)。通过路径分析显示,中医知识积累会对专业认同感产生显著的正向影响(r=0.24,z=4.89,P<0.01);自身经历会对专业认同感产生显著的正向影响(r=0.16,z=3.39,P<0.01);环境氛围会对专业认同感产生显著的正向影响(r=0.22,z=4.36,P<0.01);专业认同感会对自我效能感产生显著的正向影响(r=0.46,z=10.37,P<0.01)。结论:通过中医知识普及、改善社会环境氛围、优化见习实习经历,有利于中医类专业新生专业认同感的培养,提升自我效能感。
Professional identity is a crucial factor affecting the self-efficacy of new students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).This study used a self-developed questionnaire to investigate the factors influencing the professional identity of 398 first-year TCM students.Results showed that humanities students had significantly higher professional identity and self-efficacy compared to science students(P<0.01).Path analysis indicated that the accumulation of TCM knowledge positively impacted professional identity(r=0.24,z=4.89,P<0.01),personal experience positively affected professional identity(r=0.16,z=3.39,P<0.01),environmental atmosphere had a positive impact on professional identity(r=0.22,z=4.36,P<0.01),and professional identity significantly influenced self-efficacy(r=0.46,z=10.37,P<0.01).Conclusion:Enhancing TCM knowledge,improving social environment,and optimizing internship experiences can cultivate professional identity and improve self-efficacy among new TCM students.
