我国体育职业化的系统化回顾与批判性反思——以中超与CBA为例

摘要 构建更高水平的全民健身公共服务体系是我国体育职业化发展的必然要求。该文基于我国体育职业化30年发展之路的阶段划分,从我国体育职业化的权力(利)分配变迁和管理体制调整两个方面系统化地回顾了我国体育职业化的发展历程。在此基础上,针对体育职业化的发展目标、发展道路、协会的角色定位及发展层次所存在的问题展开批判性反思,以厘清扼制我国体育职业化发展的问题根源,并为实现体育职业化高质量发展提供理论借鉴。 The construction of a higher level of national fitness public service system is an inevitable requirement for the development of sports professionalism.Based on the stage division of Chinese sports professionalization in the past 30 years,this paper systematically reviews the development history of Chinese sports professionalization from the two aspects:power(profit)distribution vicissitudes and management system adjustment.On this basis,this paper critically reflects on the problems existing in the development goals,development paths,role positioning of associations and development levels of sports professionalization,so as to clarify the root causes of the problems in the sports professionalization in China,and provide theoretical reference for the realization of high-quality development of sports professionalization.
